first of all don't get a perm! they can go really wrong!
what you should do is, when your hair is wet use a curl cream. apply it to your hair starting from the back upwards. srunch your hair while you do this. then you should use a mousse that you apply from the back upwards. after that, comb your hair, still wet.
then scrunch your hair all over and use a diffuser on the hairdrier to dry your hair. keep scrunching your hair.

Why am I not attracted to Latina's?
